Vomitive Shithole makes reference to an melodramatic and overly aggressive response from Ubuu tripfag Marisa Kirisame!iwhatLiaJo (AKA Saya) in 4chan's /g/ board when questioned about Uboachan repeatedly.
In December 2012, Marisa posted in /sugg/ criticizing the former admin Seisatsu for his poorly made snow code, which caused an anon to respond with a capture of the prior incident in /g/. The phrase quickly became a meme and the thread was derailed by jokes about it.
<DIV>s and Sei's horrible coding
In the /sugg/ thread, Marisa complained about Seisatsu's coding while making it evident he probably copied and pasted it from somewhere else. The comment reads:

Who in their right mind would even make something in such an idiotic way as this?
